Support/Pre-Sales Engineer

We are seeking for technical support and pre-sales support engineer in Windows IT Infrastructure Management.

Responsibilities:

• Providing web-based demonstrations of company's software,
• Working with sales to help secure new partners and customers,
• Working closely with development to provide customer feedback,
• Providing technical support and assistance to customers,
• Record video demonstrations of the company's products.
• Occasional on-site visits to customers.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience with networking, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, VMware, SQL Server.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills,
• Be comfortable presenting to groups,
• Be a self-starter with the ability to learn new technologies quickly,
• An understanding of technology and current trends in the market.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent,
• 2 or more years of post high school education,
• 4 or more years experience in IT, technical sales or technical support.

Sales Representative

We are seeking for inside sales representatives in Windows IT Infrastructure Management space (sell software solutions to IT departments of enterprises).

The ideal candidate will:

• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills,
• Be comfortable presenting to groups.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 or more years experience as a sales representative in enterprise sales,
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook & CRM tools (Salesforce.com a plus).
