Venki Rajah serves as Chief Operating Officer at Netwrix, leading the company’s strategy and operations. He is responsible for driving operational excellence across product, R&D, and go-to-market alignment, while establishing the planning cadence, performance metrics, and execution discipline that support the company’s long-term growth. He also oversees a strategic portfolio of products and the company’s technology alliances, including key partnerships that expand Netwrix’s market reach and capabilities.

Venki brings deep experience at the intersection of product strategy, operations, and cybersecurity. Prior to joining Netwrix, he held senior leadership roles at SailPoint, Palo Alto Networks, and FireEye, where he scaled enterprise platforms, built scalable operating models, and drove enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

He holds an MBA in Strategy from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering.
