2006
Netwrix is founded and releases change auditing
We launched with a clear vision: to help organizations gain complete visibility into their identities and better protect their data.
2018
Netwrix completes its first acquisition of Concept Searching
After a year of successful partnership, we acquired Concept Searching to expand our security offerings with data classification.
2020
Netwrix receives investments and acquires Stealthbits
We received a majority investment from TA Associates and acquired Stealthbits to expand into DSPM, ITDR, and PAM.
2021
Netwrix completes a year of strategic acquisitions
We accelerated our growth and expanded our security offerings with four acquisitions: Strongpoint, ANIXIS, NNT, and PolicyPak.
2022
Netwrix completes a second year of strategic growth
We didn’t stop there. We continued to grow and support our customers with four more acquisitions: USERCUBE, MATESO, Imanami, and Remediant.
2023
Netwrix receives a majority investment from Centerbridge
