Netwrix Corporation and its subsidiaries (collectively, "Netwrix") are committed to preventing all forms of modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chains. Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. This Policy reflects our commitment to upholding the human rights of all workers and treating workers with dignity and respect.

Any deviation from this Policy must be approved by the General Counsel and must be accompanied by detailed explanation and documentation.

Structure and Operations

Netwrix is a global cybersecurity company with operations and employees in over 20 countries. Netwrix specializes in data security and compliance solutions that help organizations reduce risk, detect threats, and maintain control of their Information Technology (IT) environments. By delivering visibility and insight into user behavior, system configurations, and data access across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures, Netwrix enables enterprises to confidently safeguard their digital assets and meet evolving regulatory requirements.

Our Supply Chain

Our suppliers include computer software and hardware companies and related service providers.

Zero Tolerance Policy on Modern Slavery

We have a zero tolerance policy to modern slavery in any part of our business and our supply chain. We have implemented a number of policies in support of the protection of human rights. We commit to implementing necessary internal policies at the global and local level, including local work rules, to educate our employees of our commitments and the various avenues available to them to raise concerns.

Due Diligence Processes for Modern Slavery

In support of our policy and to identify and mitigate risk we:

• have in place systems to encourage the reporting of concerns and to protect whistle blowers;
• expect all points in the supply chain to adopt suitable modern slavery policies and processes;
• are committed to ensuring there is transparency in our own business and in our approach to tackling modern slavery; and
• ensure that all staff are aware of our policy of zero tolerance to modern slavery.

Compliance and Violation

Netwrix reserves the right to monitor its Vendors’ compliance with this Policy. Any violation of this Policy may result in change in relationship, up to and including termination of the relationship.

Changes

Netwrix reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
